Li and Barry’s wedding day was just amazing – perfect weather, perfect location. It all fell into place. These two are so down to earth, friendly and family-oriented and it was lovely to spend the day laughing with them :)
Both the ceremony and reception were held at Belvoir Homestead in the Swan Valley. I cannot recommend Belvoir enough – I love photographing weddings there; the staff are excellent and what a glorious location! We also popped out in the limo to Upper Reach Winery as I fell in love with it when photographing Fran and Brett’s wedding day a few weeks earlier.
Thank you to Li and Barry for allowing me enough time for location portraits. Future brides and grooms, you will be surprised at how quickly the day goes. I recommend 3 hours from the start of the ceremony to the start of the reception as a minimum. Daylight savings finished on their wedding day and we got the most beautiful late afternoon light filtering through the trees before they had to head into the reception.
Can’t wait to show you the rest before you go away guys!

Another stellar ring shot from my assistant Kim.

Barry looking extremely suave!

Man the kids were cute at this wedding.

hehehe..like I said...CUTE!

Li just cracks me up :)

Just gorgeous...

There goes that cuteness again - excellent pageboys.

An impromptu hug :)

Delicious looking cake!

Okay these next couple are out of order but I had to include this one of the boys - not quite sure I want to know what they are laughing about!

...and this one. Perfect ending.
